HOW SHOULD I TAKE CARE OF MY BRACELET?
Do keep your bracelets in room temperature and away from direct sunlight. When not in use, please store it in the box provided to prevent unwanted oxidation and tarnishing.


CAN I WEAR IT FOR WATER ACTIVITY?
We highly recommend you not to wear it underwater or during bath time. This is to prevent them from being oxidized or tarnished. However, if your bracelet gets wet, just remember to dry it before further usage or storage.


CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER IT IS PLACED?
Unfortunately, all orders that are placed and paid cannot be cancelled. 


CAN I CHANGE THE SIZE OF THE ITEM ONCE THE ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?
Please contact our customer service through Facebook or Instagram for the change of size before we deliver to you. If your order has been processed, we cannot change the size for you. If your order haven been processed, we can still change it for you.


DOES ENBRAZE HAS A PHYSICAL STORE?
No, we currently do not have any Enbraze physical stores as our operation is mainly through online. However, we are seeking for more retailers to bring better conveniences to everyone in the future. Please stay with us for more cool updates.
